During my recent business trip to Tokyo, I had the pleasure of staying at Denchi Tokyo - Guest House Denchi, a hotel chosen by my director. I was delighted to discover that this unique establishment offers various recreational opportunities that catered to my downtime needs. I thoroughly enjoyed unwinding at the cozy lounge area, where I met fellow travelers and exchanged fascinating stories. Additionally, the serene rooftop terrace provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city, allowing me to unwind while taking in breathtaking views. These amenities truly enhanced my stay and contributed to a memorable experience.
The hostel's layout on two levels posed a minor inconvenience during my stay.

The place had a really cool vibe with its art gallery and the room design was amazing. I loved how comfortable and clean the rooms were, it was the perfect place to rest after exploring Tokyo all day. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another great thing was the location. It was situated in a local area but still close to the main attractions, with shops, restaurants, and shrines all within walking distance.
One thing that could have been improved was the inclusion of towels in the price. It would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The room at Denchi Tokyo had such a cozy vibe, thanks to the plants as decor. It made me feel right at home!
Personally, I would have liked more options for bathrooms. But, hey, that's just my preference!

First off, the location was perfect for us cool kids. We were just a minute's walk from Kappabashi-dori Street, where we found the most epic kitchen supplies ever. And get this, we were only an 8-minute stroll away from Senso-ji Temple, where we could soak up some culture. Plus, Tawaramachi Station was just a 5-minute walk, so we could easily hop on the train and hit up Tokyo Solamachi and Akihabara Electric Town. So many fun activities, dude!
Okay, here's the thing. We wanted some wild, crazy parties, you know?

The environmentally-friendly atmosphere was mind-blowing, with jaw-dropping attention to home decor and welcoming details. The staff, super friendly, helped me with great suggestions and all my questions. The surprise of an included towel was a pleasant surprise as most hostels rent them. The individual lockers were a bonus. The spotless and comfortable dorm and bathrooms had a unique design, with beds named after local plants and birds, and little plants in the room. The art gallery downstairs cheered me up and supported local artists. The location was amazing, within walking distance of Ueno Park and the subway, and a short walk to Asakusa and Senso-ji temple. A truly great stay.
